Chicago Craniofacial Pain & Rehabilitation is a practice focused on treating conditions mainly associated with the head and neck.  We provide specialized cranial care along with myofunctional therapy.  We understand the value of addressing each patient as a whole system, looking for the root cause in order to reduce pain and restore function.

 

Your initial visit typically includes a detailed intake and consultation, full cranial exam and an exam of any additional areas of concern, CBCT x-ray (if needed), and orofacial myofunctional assessment.

We are an in network insurance provider for BCBSIL PPO and Aetna PPO.  

​

Patients with out of network plans continue to choose us based on the cost effective and specialized cranial care we provide.  We work with HSA and FSA plans and can provide proper documentation for out of network plan submission.
